ht777 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ht777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to close accounts where age requirements are not satisfied.

3.2 One Account per Player

Each individual natural person is permitted to maintain only one active ht777 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ht777 will permanently suspend all associated accounts and may forfeit any outstanding balances.

3.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested by ht777. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these terms.

3.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, ht777 will require KYC verification, which may include submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. ht777 may request KYC at any time, including before withdrawals are approved. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the specified timeframe may be suspended.

3.5 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or hold an ht777 account:

• Persons under the age of 21;
• ht777 employees, directors, officers, contractors, or immediate family members of any of the foregoing;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from ht777 or who are subject to an active exclusion order;

4. Account Security

4.1 Player Responsibility

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5.5 No Currency Conversion

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.4 Welcome Bonus

The ht777 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies. Players who have previously held an ht777 account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new account.

7. Game Rules & Betting

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with ht777 games or the sportsbook;

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 ht777's Right to Suspend

ht777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The account holder is not eligible to use the platform (e.g., underage, previously self-excluded, or prohibited person);
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory risk to ht777.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your ht777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Accounts under active investigation may not be closed until the investigation is resolved. Any real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method following account closure, subject to KYC completion.

12.3 Balance on Termination

Upon account termination for cause (breach of terms), ht777 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Real money deposits that have not been subject to any violation may be returned at ht777's discretion following review.
